Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service; please retain your tracking number until the return is finalized.
